Job Description

Circles. Life is looking for a Sourcer to assist with generating proactively a qualified pipeline of candidates for tech roles across the organization. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, and conduct initial candidate screenings.

To ensure success, you should have detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills interacting with candidates, recruiters, and the different internal stakeholders, and good interviewing skills. A skilled Sourcer will be supporting new approaches to source the perfect candidate, within a short timeline, for positions that are often hard to fill.

You will be given a unique opportunity to work with high-impact projects and interact directly with senior leadership.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Strong focus on sourcing internationally/regionally/locally passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
  • Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience.
  • Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to generate a high volume / high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Strong team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units.
