F&B Promotions Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and execute F & B promotional events for the hotel with a focus on additional revenue generation.
• Preparing the annual event calendar for the hotel.
• Analyze global trends in F&B and conduct Market Research & Surveys.
• Maintain a database of market promotions and special events in-house and outside.
• Innovative and Creative Presentations for all F&B promotions.
• Record and maintain the guest history and guest preferences via a guest satisfaction tracking system.
• All Trip Advisor and social media comments to be monitored and summarized informing all relevant Outlets for corrective action.
• All events to be coordinated with Marketing Communications Department for photographs and for future records.
• Weekly Marketing Meeting to be coordinated with the Director F&B, Executive Chef, Asst. F&B Manager and the Restaurants & Bars Managers. 

Person Specifications

• A degree /Diploma/professional qualification in Hospitality Management from a recognized professional institution.
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity in a 5-star property is a must.
• Abilities to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
